- Output test : check extrusion sample weight to measure extruder output
- Airspeed : measure static pressure inside tender ducts and convert to air speed
- Energy : calculate kW by measuring flow and temperature difference
- Specific energy : calculate the mechanical specific energy of your extruder
- Speed calculation : adjust your line speeds to get correct thickness
- Stretch Ext CR : calculate stretching ratio between die and chill roll as a reference
- Stretch TDO : be sure your tender profile is correct with acceptable rail angles
- Winder : check your maximum length on jumbo, winding density (film/air) and output
